Slipper Drive - Carousel Slippers

We're at week three of the Crochet Slipper Drive and I get the feeling that this event is going to be a ton of fun!
In case you're finding this pattern outside of the event, here's a recap of the details: 13 designers have gathered together to make 14 brand new slipper patterns so awesome crocheters like you can make them and donate them to someone in need of a little comfort. To join in on the Slipper Drive Charity Event, click HERE.

These slippers feature fun color work and an ankle ribbing that makes them look like slouch socks! How cool is that? Plus, the ankle height can easily be adjusted so the finished piece fits your taste!

Thank you so much for taking part in the Crochet Slipper Drive for charity!! This pattern has now been moved to my shops.

I'm glad you stopped by! Keep up to date with my designs by joining the Blackstone Designs Crochet Community! Hope to see you there!!

  3. Thank you for this pattern. I'm having trouble after row 24 (small size) with the heel strips...I don't really understand that part. Is the video going to explain this? Thanks.

  4. cute slippers. on 5, is that stitches, total rows or number of times to repeat 4?

    1. That's how many times you will repeat step 4, so if you're working the smallest size you would repeat until you have 14 total rows before moving on to the next step.

    2. thank you! I put it aside and began other projects. just found it in a drawer and remembered I'd asked a question. Now that it's getting cold I should probably finish them. There is are a few food banks that also give away clothing I'm making hats and things for. I'm sure slippers would be appreciated.

  7. As the weather gets chilly and we add an extra blanket or two to our comfy beds, drink hot chocolate, and bust out the scarves, there’s one fall clothing essential that I can’t live without… Women Slipper Socks
