Ch 91(121), working in back bump: sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. Fasten. (90)[120]

This strap can be adjusted as desired.

Finishing

1. Fold circle in half, right sides together, so the wrong side is the outside of the bag. Make sure the fold is along the line of colors changes, this will put the color changes on the bottom and hide them.

2. Starting at the bottom corner, count up 16 sts and place a stitch marker (through both layers of the circle). Repeat on opposite side.

3. Sew from the bottom corner to the stitch marker, including in the stitch the stitch marker is in. Repeat on other side. This will leave an opening of 22 sts (on front & back).

4. Sew strap to inside on back piece, all the way against the edge of the opening on both sides, so the RS is attached to the back base and the WS is facing the front.

5. Hide all strings.
